I would give more but I find it annoying when I have a full pull basket to lift up onto the cigarettes counter then struggle to pack it all with no counter to place bags on while packing. I also find it uncomfortable as I have back problems so having to Bob up and down with each item, with packing on floor does not help. I live local and would use this Stainforth store more but I go to Sainsbury's at Edenthorpe as I can get more shopping in one go and use a normal checkout. Asda Stainforth, you have ' normal ' checkouts which could make life easier for a lot of people, why not have them open?

Stainforth Asda, well what can I say. As Asda goes it's quite a standard small Asda with a good range of goods. Probably one of the smaller Asda stores around but very conveniently sized with good range of stock. Has a hot food cabinet (roast chicken, sausages, burgers etc), and also in store bakery. As with most Asda stores the fruit quality is not as good as other supermarkets, but usually OK but wouldnt say much more than that.Always clean and well kept stocked. Self service and serviced tills.
Good variety of goods, closed a till while there was still a queue. Could do better
All the staff are really friendly. Nothing is too much, they help me and my family in every way possible. Prices are very good and reasonable too.
